Casablanca, Marrakech and the desert
Our journey begins with a city tour of the coastal city of Casablanca. The Hassan II Mosque, which we visit from the outside, is the main attraction of the city. In the afternoon we arrive in Fes, the oldest of the four royal cities of Morocco. Our further journey for us via the caravan site of Rissani, south of the high Atlas to the Todra Gorge near Tinghir, which we explore extensively. In the afternoon we reach Ouarzazate, which has often become a backdrop in Hollywood films (e.g. Gladiator) due to its picturesque architectural style. Among other things, the Medina (old town), the Majorelle Garden, the magnificent Mosque and the Bahia Palace.

Casablanca
Our journey begins with a city tour of the coastal city of Casablanca. The Hassan II Mosque, which we visit from the outside, is the main attraction of the city. It is the fifth largest mosque in the world and can accommodate 25,000 people.

Casablanca > Rabat
Drive to Rabat where we visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Archaeological Museum and the unfinished Mosque. Our journey then leads to Meknes where we visit the country's most beautiful city gate "Bab Mansour" and the mausoleum.

Rabat > Fes
In the morning we explore other sights and the impressive architectural styles of the city. Then we come to Volubilis, which offers a magnificent view over the surrounding valleys. In the afternoon we arrive in Fes, the oldest of the four royal cities of Morocco.

Fes > Neu-Fes
We use the morning to explore Fes in detail, the Medina, the old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch we marvel at the rich palace complexes of New Fes.

Neu-Fes > Hoher Atlas
Our route takes us through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas via the Col du Zad pass to the crossing of the High Atlas. Our destination for the day is Tafilalet where we stop in the capital Erfoud.

Hoher Atlas > Tinghir
With the jeep we go to the sand dunes of Merzouga where we enjoy the sunrise. Our further journey for us via the caravan site of Rissani, south of the high Atlas to the Todra Gorge near Tinghir, which we explore extensively. We also spend the night here.

Tinghir > Ouarzazate
The morning takes us along the incomparable Dades river valley through the Todra Gorge. In the afternoon we reach Ouarzazate, which has often become a backdrop in Hollywood films (e.g. Gladiator) due to its picturesque architectural style. Not least because of this, several film studios have settled in the area.

Ouarzazate > Marrakesch
In the morning we visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou and then travel by jeep over the High Atlas to Marrakech. Here we spend the rest of the day and stay overnight in the hotel or riad.

Marrakesch
We use the day to explore the numerous sights of Marrakech. Among other things, the Medina (old town), the Majorelle Garden, the magnificent Mosque and the Bahia Palace. We use the afternoon to discover the world-famous Djemaa el Fna market square in all its colorful variety.

Marrakesch > Casablanca
Enjoy some free time in Marrakech before returning to Casablaca. In Casablance we have our last dinner together, then transfer to the hotel.
